Singapore telco M1 has inked a partnership with fintech startup Pulse iD, to power its new digital loyalty programme, and run merchant promotions for its customers.
The partnership will see M1 adopt Pulse iD’s Catalyst platform to list merchant cashback programs on M1 digital platforms. Users can earn cashback when they shop through M1. The initial Catalyst merchants in the program include Nike, Watsons, KFC, Zalora, Adidas and JBL. As a first of its kind, customers offset the cashback they earn against their M1 phone bill.
Partnering with Pulse iD, M1 aims to engage and provide interactive mechanisms and rewards to users dynamically on their everyday purchase.
